We are pleased to offer standard FREE SHIPPING within Australia. 

EXPRESS SHIPPING is $20 flat rate within Australia.

Depending on your location and size of order, we use a variety of shipping companies including Sendle, Australia Post, DHL, Fastway Couriers and Couriers Please. 

As most orders are sent via a courier, we can not send to PO Boxes or Postal Lockers. If you wish to do so, then orders will be sent via Australia Post and incur an additional $3 fee. 

Where possible, orders will be shipped the same day, otherwise the next business day.

Our warehouse is based in Sydney so please allow the following delivery times. Please note these are not definite and can be influenced by the third party carriers.

Currently, we offer International shipping to New Zealand and USA. All items are shipped from our warehouse in Sydney.

If you are located outside of these countries and wish to purchase an item please email info@sojourneluggage.com and we can arrange a shipping quote for you based on your location and size of order.  

RETURNS
SOJOURNE offers a 14-day refund or exchange service for all purchases returned in perfect condition, with the original paperwork and packaging by post to our Head Office or Warehouse.

Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns of items that have been individually personalised with our Monogram stickers or another personalisation method, without valid reason.

We are also unable to accept international returns. 

All returns must be sent by an insured carrier and proof of postage must be kept. SOJOURNE cannot be held liable for any returned items that fail to arrive and are not liable for any customs or duties charges incurred when returning goods.

Any items that are returned outside of the return period, damaged or worn or sent without the original documentation will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer. This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
